3.1 Discussion Organizational Structure and Teamwork Much work in contemporary employment is accomplished through collaboration and mainly through teams and committees. When Stakeholders work toward a common goal incorporating teamwork and respect, they can focus on achieving its goals. While teamwork can lead to innovative ideas and strong performance, it can also be stressful. Although some pressure is necessary to get employees to perform at their best, pushing a team too hard can cause big problems, such as poor performance, low productivity, and high turnover. In addition, if someone on the team isn't contributing at all, then the team can spiral losing the work that was done. Steve Jobs co-founded Apple Computers with Steve Wozniak. Under Jobs' guidance, the company pioneered a series of revolutionary technologies, including the iPhone and iPad. Steve Jobs was known for his leadership approach inside of Apple.
