In your final paper, you will combine all of the scholarly work that you have presented throughout the semester and synthesize it all into a final reflective paper. Combine the textbook and more scholarly work if necessary to make your points as to what you learned about yourself, about the organization(s) you currently/have in the past/ or want to work for in the future, and any other personal reflections you might want to include. The paper should be at least 5 pages in length, 12-font, 1-inch margins, APA formatted. The cover page and works cited pages are in addition to the 5 pages minimum. A minimum of 5 scholarly references (must be peer reviewed, from a government website, or directly from the company's website) must be used and cited. APA formatting is CRITICAL!
