The paper should include: A well-supported description of an excellent leader, including traits, behaviors, contingency factors, biblical principles, or any other descriptive quality you find essential. An assessment of your strengths and weaknesses in light of that description, A review of your personal values and ethics, based at least in part on the Middlebrooks text. An example or model of excellence in leadership that you have personally experienced from someone else or have observed. A vision of the leader you imagine yourself being 5-10 years from now, with a focus on how your leadership capacity will have grown and developed in that time frame. The paper should be APA-formatted. Use of first person is allowed.
