InstructionWhen you're constantly busy and pushing forward, it can be hard to find time to reflect and think strategically about your next steps. Use the questions below as a prompt to think about what you've accomplished and your goals moving forward. When answering the questions, please consider your work and exploration related to career and professional development. That can be interpreted broadly, but try to keep it as a guiding lens. Each question should be answered individually, with numbered responses. Reflecting back on the past year, what steps have you taken to explore potential career areas and/or gain experience that can help you succeed in your future career? What have you excelled at or accomplished in the past year (including the summer)? Are there any areas where you've been struggling and would like to do better? What are two goals you have for yourself this year? We'll check back for an update next year, so try to pick things that you're excited to work on, that will be helpful, and that you can commit to. What are your initial thoughts on how you'd like to complete this year's career credits (Links to an external site.)? If you're planning to attend events for your career credits, make sure to check out this resource page (Links to an external site.). We'll still send out emails for events coordinated by the ME Department, but there are also a lot of other great options! Getting on a listserv for a student org or campus center that works on something you're interested in is a great way to stay up-to-date on the events that are most likely to fit your career goals and interests. ***I'm a mechanical engineer at University of colorado at boulder and my gpa is 3.822***
