In your response, you must include what elements of the article revealed the type of research approach that was used. Also, you must communicate the clinical implications of this study (i.e., how can this information inform your clinical work with clients). Lastly, you should discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the study (i.e., what was helpful vs. not helpful), and the advantages of using this specific research approach versus a different one (e.g., quantitative vs. qualitative or mixed methods).
