Hi Friend, I am sorry but I cannot share my statements here. This was a few months ago. We have never had an issue with payment before. I believe it is the websites responsibility to pay you. I believe the issue is on their end not ours. I am sure if the payment did not go through they would have said something sooner. Please speak to them directly. I am positive the payment was made.

At this juncture, it appears we have $840 missing in the banking system. We would recommend maybe raising a dispute with the bank and saying that this transaction did not go through and you want a refund from it.
