There are many roles that the human service worker play when it comes to working with the juvenile system, for starters is helping the throughout the whole process of entering/leaving any facility, motivating and coaching with the juvenile and their family, providing resources to obtain proper training to better their selves, keeping track of the juvenile even after their out of a facility and on their own. The job is endless. The legal issues that human service workers may face while working with a juvenile is knowing the seriousness of any offense that they may commit as well as knowing the law between juvenile and dealing with an adult and know that the charge is much different when it comes to the two.I believe human service workers can try to prevent delinquent behaviors is by helping to understand what it truly is that is affecting the child to cause him/her to act out in such a way, treat the problem and help to get them onto the right path of success and keeping them there! Far as the community I think it’s time that the community’s get the support and help to get rebuilt in a way that is motivating for one to do the right thing and try to steer clear if they can. Juveniles are handlers in my community with no remorse I am constantly hearing of crime that involves them and sometimes there if death for outcomes, police are doing their best but we need more surveillance far as police in my area to show their faces so that crimes are not being done or even thought about .
