Give details on appearance/color, body, aromas, flavors, finish Brief description of Production Regulations & Appellations: What is the name of the classification system in your area and how many appellations are there in your region? For example, the American Viticultural Area (AVA) system in the US or the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) system in France. When was this classification system passed into law in your region? Top sub-regions of your selected region (if any) and any distinctive characteristics of these.
