  • Yes, I did part 1 on the "Clinic Group" based on these 10 participants n the clinical group who undergo stress and can benefit from stress management. The groups activites will be focused on relaxation, breathing technics, including, muscle relaxation, imagery, self medications and personal activities to enhance relaxation, including mindfulness and stress tolerance skills. Framework should be on the "Clinic group which I mentioned in the 2nd above message and this one. Thank you.
