Hello Everyone the assignment I need assistance with is for my Aviation Safety class. It requires a text which I will provide in a PDF version to complete. Just the Epilogue and Prologue need to be read so the questions can be answered for the PAPER. Please submit the ASSIGNMENT in Microsoft word format so I can make any necessary changes after. For the course Final Paper, read the Prologue and Epilogue - Quest Airlines in the Goglia text and prepare a 7-10 page paper that addresses the following: 1. Prepare a summary of the facts, including what happened, how it happened, and how it was finally discovered. 2. Is there evidence of a functioning Safety Management System(SMS) at Quest Airlines? Describe with specific reference to the text. 3. Are there indicators that the Safety Management System at Quest needs to be improved? Describe with specific reference to the text. 4.What human factors contributed to the incident? What could be done to prevent them in the future? Cite specific facts in the text. 5. Based on what we have studied of Safety Management System (SMS), if this were your airline, what would you do to improve Quest's SMS? Be specific.
