Project Topic: Quality Assurance Quality is an important aspect of your Project and requires a rigorous quality management plan. Through this Group Project, you will get a chance to review all that is required from a project and then draft a quality plan. Expectations on the task: You will address quality control, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement. Document all of the components you believe should be a part of a quality management plan. In addition to your readings, you may wish to research quality management plans on the Internet to find examples of elements to include. Develop a quality management plan for the quality of the process and the product. The plan should include any tools, checks, guidelines, or other techniques used to manage quality, as well as a definition of how the success of the quality efforts will be determined. ( A video guide will be posted in the course content area) You will submit the following items: A brief summary of the quality management plan you identified. A completed quality management plan with detailed descriptions, as indicated above. The submission should be well organized and should use grammatically correct, complete sentences that are free of spelling errors. Submit as a word or pdf document.
