Of course, you will be there to help. But that is no excuse not to have a risk management plan. Expectations and what to do: Work and find out at least five potential risks to the success of the customer support system (CSS) project. Document at least five components you believe should be a part of a risk management plan. In addition to your readings, you may wish to research risk management plans on the Internet to find examples of elements to include. You will be working on: Create a risk management plan that includes the following: A set of risks that could reasonably occur and that would have an impact on the project. An analysis of each risk Appropriate methods for managing each risk You will submit the following items: A brief summary of the risk management plan components you identified.(the five components) The completed risk management plan based on the above for your project activities. Define and describe the major phases(risk management plan phases) of the project (at least four) and Create at least one risk-based scenario for each phase of the project. Each risk you describe in the risk management plan should be included in at least one of the scenarios, and each phase should include at least one risk. The submission should be well organized and should use grammatically correct, complete sentences that are free of spelling errors. The submission should be about 4–5 pages in length and should conform to APA style.
