Here is what I did in lab last week with spectroscopy. The first 2 pages are all the steps and results I got, and the last 2 pages are scratch work and calculations.( hand written) We actually did increments of 20mL going up of the goat liver for the 3 test tubes. Path length is 1cm and ext. coefficient literature will be 1.49m^-1 Typical Beer's Low Plot standard practice and calculations must be include in Lab report prepare a lab report
