  • Q is the quantities of the consumers and P is the price, equilibrium is the point when the demand and supply curve cross each other, which means the market is stable. The increase of the price (P) make the Quantity (Q) decrease in supply and demand law. That's what I need for the explanation, how the movement of price after tax affects the Quantity, use the "Cigarettes Market" diagram I provide you.
