Project Topic: Scheduling Project Work Your project team is facing difficult choices after completing the baseline planning. Your project has a broad scope, but its schedule is ambitious. Your goal as the project manager is to map out that schedule in order to track progress and anticipate potential issues with your timeline. You are to complete the following task: Work on specific and related activities that need to be included in the CSS project and create a work breakdown structure (WBS) for the project. Complete the following tasks with detailed description of each item: Review the final WBS. From your WBS, create a Gantt chart showing the activities you envision for this project and the interdependencies of those activities. Calculate the slack time, and (2) Identify the critical path. Then, explain the following In a separate word document: Which work items are safe, and which ones are on the critical path? Which ones are most likely to suffer delays, and what type of common delays may happen? What would happen if an aspect of the project were delayed? You will submit 2-3 files of a report and explanations that include the following items: A brief summary of the project activities you identified and listed for your project (get more help on activities from chapter 3 of your textbook).
