Please read the assignment instructions for the grant proposal for a program that focuses on good nutrition, health and wellness to prevent chronic conditions in children and adults in underserved populations and regions. Please look at the following websites to familiarize yourself with the assignment. This project consists of four parts which are due on different dates.
