Choose one of the 8 lifestyle changes and discuss why and how you think it would be helpful for you to make changes in this area. For the lifestyle change area you discussed in response to question #1 list and discuss two of the mental health outcomes that were identified in the article as positively linked with this particular lifestyle change. Read the information about exposure to nature as a lifestyle change on pages 583-584 of the article. Are you surprised to know that exposure to nature is linked with positive mental health?
