Hello Team! Your risks are phrased "too broadly": be more specific about "poor communication" -- what kind? From the PM team to who? Also, workplace injuries -- this is a safety risk and we are not studying these. Remember the scope of the class is "schedule, budget and scope risks': you would be managing those. Hence, it may be more focused after a severe earthquake (injuries are medicial, yes?) to discuss "Worksite construction debris removal" or something that you could "manage". Your estimates are on target, and teach you the importance of how any team must "average" various inputs of time-on-task. I'm proud of our class! Ummer, when are your twins due? Let me know an approximate date, we trust all will be well in April!
