Assignment 1:Case study 4: “The Warning.” Available at: https://www.pbs.org/wgbh/frontline/film/warning/ (Links to an external site.) In the devastating aftermath of the economic meltdown, FRONTLINE sifts the ashes for clues about why it happened and examines critical moments when it might have gone much differently. *For case study submission details and grading rubric, please refer to the class syllabus. Assignment 2:CAPM postulates that the Beta of investment is a measure of how much risk the investment will add to a portfolio that looks like the overall “theoretical” market. If an investment is riskier than the market, it will have a beta greater than one. If an investment has a beta of less than one, the formula assumes it will reduce the risk of a portfolio. How could you reduce risk to your overall investment portfolio? Discuss by providing some examples. (this is a discussion it does not have to be lengthy)
