i did and it works perfectly in python but in the platform I use which is different , is called terminal for macs , it doesn't seem to recognize the symbol ( +=)

Hey buddy. Nice... He confirmed it worked perfectly on Python and Linux Terminal ~ that's where the instructions needed it to work on.. Honestly, I have never interacted with "Terminal for Mac" maybe it works differently from Python and Linux terminal.

I have an idea: try and insert import math below the import time line at the the beginning of the program's code or set Python 3 as the default macOS default in his machine. It should work that way.
