Instruction
The task is to build visualizations that show that the following five data series (Data in the file attached) have had a high degree of correlation in the last 10 years. Correlation can be positive or negative (or uncorrelated), and while there are statistical measures to test for those, your answer should be visual and allow a user to see the interactions between pairs of indicators. Use any Data Visualization tool kits of your chosen of to build the final visualization(s). The data can be downloaded and placed in the same file if required by your tool. One possible way is to have 6 columns (date + 5 indicators) and a row for each month. Provide a detail explanation(s) of your visualization(s). Data Visualizations can be gather into a PowerPoint.

  • Hello there, For this assignment, it is basically just creating Data Visualization Graphs that shows that the 5 data series have had a high degree of correlation in the last 10 years using the data in the excel file that I submitting. You will see the data from "TOTBUSSMSA, INDPRO.. to CPIAUCSL", each with their "observation_date". Pretty straight forward when you read the instructions, nothing fishy, just explain your findings. Your Data Visualization Graphs have to follow "Tufte data visualization principles". Thank you!!
