Students will use the community assessment template to conduct an evidence-based assessment of strengths and weaknesses of a local community and make recommendations for changes. A written report using the provided template should be 8-10 pages in length. Download the template, save to your computer and type into each section. Addressing all of the items in bold is required for full points. Select a city or town you would like to learn more about. The city/town you select will also be used to create your macro project where you will create a solution to a community problem and present it.
