i have attached chapter 1 . it is basic mathematical knowledge we need for chemistry lab. i need a lab report which includes above sections. then answer following post lab questions. 1. write 10 examples of scientific notation -positive exponents and negative exponents ex. 4.45 x 10^4= 44500 0.0023 = 2.3 x 10^-3 2. re write the units table in page 8 and 9 . ( table 1.1 and 1.2) 3. write 10 examples of conversion of units.( use different units ) ex: 450 micrograms in grams= 0.00045 g 4. in page 9 - solve the hand written problem. ( don't forget to type the problem) 5.explain how to make 20% sucrose solution. ( read percent solutions in p 10) 6. in page 14 make a excel graph for the data given ( quantity of protein vs absorbance) 7. In p.16 , use the data table and make a graph ( log scale) 8. graph p 19 and 21 data provided 9. graph p.23, figure 1.12 data. 10. page 23 figure 1.13 - do a Lineweaver-burk reciprocal plot(graph) using enzyme kinetic data on figure 1.10( page 21)
