Step Two: With your Team, Perform an Analysis These Scenes Using the script provided, analyze the scenes for each of the following to determine the state of the group or team in each of the scenes above. Provide short explanations to support your analysis. Reactions to dissonance by any of the actors in each moment Modes of conflict or engagement by any of the actors in each moment Step Three: Summary Analysis 1. Given the analysis you have performed on the dialogue, write answers to the following questions: What are the dominant reactions to dissonance demonstrated in these clips? What are the dominant modes of conflict or engagement 2. Drawing on what youve learned thus far about how to establish the conditions for team success, what does this group need to be able to progress in its development? 3. Interventions select three moments in the dialogue, How might you use any of the facilitation techniques weve discussed in this class to shift the dialogue? For each of these moments, write an alternative script that includes: the facilitation skill you would use what you would initially say to use the skill how the dialogue might develop Deliverable Your team should collaborate to produce a short, single document that summarizes the analysis called for in steps two and three above. Make sure that the report has a professional appearance. It should be polished and written well. It should include a title page, headers, page numbers, and appropriate paragraphing. It should be free from grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors.
