Project Summary: write a research paper 6-8 pages with a research presentation slides based on the topic and the outline of the paper that I have attached. the paper should be (introduction,observations,research online,analysis (Graphs,etc.),recommendations, and Conclusion). the research topic is improving Drive-thru wait time in Starbucks That located in York Road at Towson. the research presentation slides should follow the template. I already did an observation about two different locations of Starbucks to see how long does take to serve the customer at drive thru. It is Six sigma and project quality course, so please I need a professional work.
