The exercise will be about handling an aircraft -hijacking scenario across international borders. This is the fourth exercise of this kind since 2008, two of which were computer simulations and two were live exercises. Russian Federation Air Force (RFAF) and the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) will conduct the exercise.
