Project Summary: Ayas (2007) used action research to build a series of case studies of various stages of projects in the Fokker Aircraft. The case studies were piggybacked on a major change initiative that emerged about the time the case studies were completed. The two projects, action research and organizational change produced project networks and new ways of managing projects and enhancing organizational learning.
