Project Summary: In this week's 2 lectures, there are a variety of ways of thinking about race, class and gender. Which do you see being most powerful in social life? In other words, which do you think most influence the way people are taught to see the world and the laws that guide our society? Give some examples of the various ways our understandings of race/class/gender are embedded in pop culture and politics. Are there others that you think might be important, but receive little popular attention? Why might that be?
