Project Summary: You currently work for a very small but thriving organisation (You may choose the type of organisation that you wish to use for this project) that expects to grow at a very fast rate. Your management team has been asked to develop a workforce plan for the organisation. Your job is to ensure that the plan is ready for the organisation to implement in preparation for this rapid growth. Note: Discuss proposed profession with your trainer. There should be at least one person who understands the nature of that industry. Provide a brief outline of the profile of your industry to assist your trainer in assessing your competence. You found a plan and have completed preliminary research and have questions that you must include in the project. Both the plan and question can be found in the answer assist. The answers for each question should be found in the plan.
