You will select one profile from the profiles provided, and design a menu that addresses the unique dietary requirements of that life stage. You will also modify the menu to account for the barriers posed by the global challenge. Lastly, you will reflect on the role of scientific research in shaping our understanding of nutrient needs in these contexts.
