Project Summary: Discussion: Conflict Management As HR professionals, we come to realize that most conflicts are not necessarily due to either party being right or wrong. These conflicts more commonly exist due to differing perceptions or understandings of the parties involved. As you studied in Week 1, conflict can be positive and strengthen individuals’ performance and workplace productivity. Employees and even situations can benefit with the implementation of conflict management methods such as effective communications, cooperation, and team-building techniques.
