Project Summary: Each student will complete a reflective paper titled, “My Definition of Hospitality Management versus Hospitality Leadership.” The paper needs to be a minimum of two pages, with one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12-point font, and double spaced. Put your name, date, and title in the header of the paper. This project is NOT designed to be a research project. It is based on any personal/work experiences with examples. If you do use research, it must be cited properly.
