Project Summary: Dimensions of Diversity, organizational performance and looking beyond stereotypes In his discussion regarding the Four Dimensions of Diversity, Collins (2019) introduces the Permanent, Evolving, Personality and Organizational dimensions. He notes that "Diversity is a complex concept. Respecting the diverse aspects of people goes beyond the factors that fall under the purview of the EEOC. Every person is diverse in multiple ways, and any aspect of diversity can contribute to improving organizational performance or be the source of prejudice and stereotypes that are detrimental to organizational performance" (pg. 176). After reading Chapter 7, view the TED Talk from Canwen Xu (TED, 2016). ILLUSTRATE: In what ways do the lived experience of Xu (2016) relate to Collins' (2019) discussion of the Four Dimensions of Diversity? EVALUATE: Considering the discussion from Collins (2019) and the perspective shared by Xu (2016), what recommendations might you give to the leadership of an org
