Project Summary: You have two clients: The plaintiff from the IIED scenario and the plaintiff from the Battery scenario (all documents located under the Documents tab). We have addressed both scenarios in class. For each case, you must come up with questions you would actually wish to ask your client. These questions must be clearly presented and should require no additional explanation (you want the client to just be able to respond to the questions). The questions asked/answers received should shed light on aspects of the case - you want to address any gaps in information you feel that there are after having read the scenarios. There is no required length for this assignment. Formatting: The assignment must be typed in the body of the email (not attached) and should have a clear heading for each case. For example: Mrs. Crude/Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress List the questions.
