Project Summary: We've all experienced problems at work: grating coworkers, unappreciative managers, or lower pay than you deserve. But what is the difference between healthy and unhealthy work environments? Systematic and recurring issues could be evidence of an unhealthy environment. We're look at the various factors that contribute to a work environment, ranging from the actual working conditions and safety, to employee privacy, to ways to improve job satisfaction and employee growth.
