Project Summary: This activity asks you to consider the relationships seen in this module’s poetry. Relationships between lovers and between humans and God always fascinate us and when they are expressed poetically, they may seem even more moving, sad or frustrating. Not all relationships are tender and loving (“anyone lived in a pretty how town,” “God’s Grandeur”) . Some are troubled (“First poem for you,” “What lips my lips have kissed”) or even violent (“ Leda and the Swan”).
