Project Summary: Topic: Design a healthy nutritious food plan for one day for two of the women age groups (young adult, mid-life, and elderly) and discuss the differences. Include snacks. Explain why these are nutritious choices for this age group and explore creative ways to encourage their consumption. Address any aspects of the 7 Dimensions of Health & Wellness that may relate to why a woman may or may not adhere to this plan (i.e. emotional health, social, environmental, physical wellness, etc.) Paper should include 2 scholarly resources.
