Project Summary: Week 3 - Assignment: Compose a Purpose Statement for Analysis Categorize and quantify three to five potential solutions or resolutions to the problem previously described. Once the solutions are categorized and quantified, justify the reasons for the selection of those solutions. Write a purpose statement that identifies the problem or issue, the population, the geographic location, the proposed solution(s) to the problem and estimated outcome(s) of the solution. In addition, assess and evaluate the ethical, legal, and economic issues relevant to the problem and solution. Use citations and documentation of related solutions to similar problems. Support your paper with at least five (5) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included. Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
