Project Summary: Due 08/24/17 Write a paper in which you compare and contrast the pros and cons of union organization and how the decision to unionize impacts bargaining and negotiating as compared to individual efforts. In this paper, you should provide examples of real-world situations that reflect these pros and cons in order to provide a balanced assessment. In addition, use research to show the benefits and challenges to working in a human resources department within a unionized environment as well as outside of a unionized environment.
