Project Summary: Nursing school essay of an unfolding case study. A four page essay about a fictional patient with Diabetes and how it progresses to End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) when uncontrolled. This should include the pathophysiology of the disease process along with labs/tests performed with results. There needs to be two other problems that influence the patient's condition in some way as well.
