Project Summary: Fist of all I need someone to fix my PEDE it has a comments in not much work but the PEDE is related to the PEAP The PEAP is roughly a 6-8 page reflective paper/project, which consists of a number of sections or parts. Please see additional instructions on the attached file "PEAP Instructions". Various handouts and instructions are provided here to guide students in the development of their Personal Ethics Action Plan, in addition to an grading rubric. In this PEAP assignment, students will also be asked to solve a case as a part of the PEAP. Make sure that you follow the PISCO Model as you did with the previous Case Study. (Go back to the Case Study documents in the past assignment to view, SWOT Reading, Helpful Hints, etc. to make sure you write your case up correctly for this assignment .) The final and completed version of the Personal Ethics Action Plan should be in Word document attached to this assignment section. Make sure that you read and review all the documents attached in this section before you start your project. Criteria: 1-FORMAT A cover page with student name. Title of course, Title of assignment, Date, and Name and Tittle of OLS 26300 Instructor. Headers are used to separate sections of the case study. Six to eight pages in length; double spaced text; 12-point font; single-sided pages and Times New Roman Print; 1 inch margins. 2-ENGLISH/GRAMMAR No misspelled words or no grammatical 3-APA FORMAT, CITATIONS, REFERENCES There are 3 citations or quotations AND references in proper APA 4-PROBLEM Identify and state the actual problem presented in the case study. The problem is short and concise. A number of facts are not included in this section. 5-INPUT State the facts in your own words. Data, knowledge base, research, and other pertinent information regarding the case are properly cited. What is needed to solve problem is included. 6-SOLUTIONS Create at least 2 solutions to the case and do a SWOT analysis on each of your solutions. The words strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) are highlighted. 7-CHOICE A clear statement that reflects the best choice for change, empowerment, transformation, is written as the choice. The choice is a short statement. (Arguments are made in Solution section not Choice Section.) 8-OPERATIONAL PLAN Develop an action plan with at least 4-6 action steps. 9-Writing Paper is coherently organized and the logic is easy to follow. Writing is clear and concise and persuasive. Terms/course concepts clearly defined and applied appropriately 10-USE OF EVIDENCE Primary source information used to support points. Examples support and fit within paragraphs. Excellent integration of quoted material into sentences. Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of ideas in assigned case and critically evaluates /responds to those ideas in an analytical, persuasive manner. 11-PERSONAL PROFESSIONAL MISSION STATEMENT & LIFE BALANCE GOALS Includes a statement of Personal and Professional Mission Statement and a list Life Balance Goals 12-DEFINITIONS of ETHICS, LEADERSHIP, SERVICE, & CHARACTER Includes all four definition written in student's own words. Disscusses why definitions are appropriate and includes citation if needed. Definitions are at least 4 sentences long. 13-PRESSING ETHICAL ISSUES One ethical issues discussed with appropriate citations/quotations. Addressed how issues would be handled if the leader. Two written pages on this part. 14-SUMMARY Student discussed ways the course has impacted thinking with regards to definitions. Discussion of course impact/ no impact included.
