Project Summary: MGMT & ORGANIZATIONAL THEORY Before the last class, each student will prepare and send two paragraphs of confidential feedback regarding strengths, weaknesses, and contributions to each member of his or her team. You will gove Prof Godbeyan email copy of each of your assessments, and you will send each piece of feedback only to the individual whose work you are commenting upon confidentiality must be maintained. The point is to help people learn to work more effectively in teams, and to help people learn to give and receive constructive feedback. When identifying weaknesses, be gentle people are more likely to take advice when they supported, rather than attacked, so be sure to list positive contributions as this assignment is worth ss of your grade.
