Project Summary: Imagine you work for a U.S. based organization where a recent merger has greatly increased interactions with Europeans partners. You have been asked to write a report for the managing director about attitudes in Europe compared to the U.S. on "career success" and "quality of life." The managing director (your boss) had heard about this at a recent conference and wants to know more. The purpose of your report is to raise awareness among the firm's managers of differences in the life/work balance within some of the European countries where the firm expects to increase operations and partnerships.
