Do you believe the issues focused upon deserve the heightened attention in light of other public policy matters? Why do you believe the media has selected these items to accentuate? How politically one-sided does the coverage appear (for example, you should contrast Fox versus CNN and MSNBC to get different perspectives)? Analyze these issues in light of the criteria in Box 5.2, page 188, of the Pal text.
