Project Summary: Former Uber employee, Susan Fowler, was hired as an engineer in November 2015 and left in December 2016. According to a blog she authored, she had to deal with a string of sexual harassment incidents during her tenure there. My question: How do you think this incident will affect the reputation and sales of Uber as a company? Will the damage be temporary or permanent? How will the competition react? Thinking about Chapter 14, how can Uber try and change the perception of their company from a public relations perspective? What should Uber do to make sure this doesnt happen again?
