Project Summary: I want you to write a paper from the Perpetrator's point of view. Try to get into the mind of the fraudster. Why did they do it. Do they think they can get away with it. Is this just greed as we talked about in class? Can they be rehabilitated? If the reasons are not clear from your research, you can use your own ideas to come up with the answers.
