Project Summary: Students must select a real organization (the companys product can be any goods or services). You will apply fundamental quality processes/concepts and analysis techniques to develop sound, principle-based recommendations related to quality improvement. In this paper, you will need to describe the business environment and challenges the company faces. Explain how this company should or did design/structure improvements to its business processes following the Quality Management Methodologies/Philosophies linking business results to customer satisfaction. Business processes should be explained in sufficient detail. You should discuss implementation programs such as communication and employee training as well as creating sustainable results and how to assure continued success. Finally, describe success and the positive business results as a result of improved processes. The rubric is in the attachments and it is more detailed and structured.
