Project Summary: You will be creating an interview process to hire someone for a position. Attached are 2 documents. The first is the job description. This is the job you will be creating this interview process for. The interviews are to hire someone for that Customer service Rep position. The second is an example of what needs to be done. 8 phone interview questions. 8 in person interview questions. For each question write a brief statement of what we are looking to hear from the candidate. Then create a small 5-10 question skill assessment test. Then a small answer key for that test. Last is an evaluation forum. Create a forum to judge the candidates off of. All of this is shown in the example I have attached.
